    Order Disclaimer: While we will make every effort to keep your order as close to your order description or photograph as possible; we do reserve the right to replace certain elements if we feel they won't be as beautiful as they could be, or if that particular flower/ vase is not in stock. We do, however, promise to deliver you a unique & gorgeous arrangement, lovingly designed using our freshest of the fresh product. Flowers are a natural thing - and sometimes they behave in a way we can't predict. If you feel your arrangement has done something unpredictable that isn't making you smile- give us a ring and we'll see what we can do.

    DELIVERY POLICY:

    All recipients are contacted by phone to arrange a delivery window and confirm the delivery address before making or sending the arrangement. If the recipient cannot be reached, Wild Orchid will continue to attempt contact. If we are unable to reach the recipient within a reasonable amount of time, we will contact the sender for further information. All recipient are contacted to confirm a convenient time for delivery as well to confirm the delivery address. If you do not want the recipient to be contacted, please advise. 

    Please note that due to local cold weather we cannot leave the flowers on doorstep. It is our policy to ALWAYS call the recipient to ensure someone is home to receive your beautiful flowers. If you wish to arrange for SURPRISE DELIVERY, please call the store and provide information of the 4 hour AM/PM window when the recipient is available to receive delivery. AM delivery window is 10 am- 2 pm and PM delivery window is 2 pm-6 pm. Our store shall not entertain "Surprise ruined" complaints unless you have clearly specified at the time of order and or called us to arrange Surprise delivery. Note that additional charges may apply if no-one is home to receive flowers and in case of redelivery is required. Wild Orchid Team thanks you! for your understanding.

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received, please contact the store within 48hrs and we would be happy to replace your order.

    SUBSTITUTIONS: Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers and/or vase. In these cases we will do our best to retain the overall look of your order, while maintaining or exceeding the value of the arrangement. 

    We may contact you if a similar look and feel cannot be met.
